RECORDS REQUEST
I-COM 911 is a special purpose non-proprietary district that provides law enforcement, fire, and medical dispatch services to 10 member agencies and the public they serve. The member agencies own communications records.
To request records about a fire, medical or law enforcement incident - including recorded audio - contact the respective member agency.

To request I-COM public records exclusive of communications records, click here for additional information. I-COM Public Records Requests must be in writing. Please be as specific as possible, and include your name and all contact information.
Written requests for I-COM public records (except communications records) may be faxed to 360-675-4717 or delivered to I-COM, 840 SE Barrington Dr., Oak Harbor WA 98277.
